Mark Bañas has worked as project officer for a land development company, overseeing quality control and leading communications between the operations team, contractors, and suppliers. Prior to this, he also worked as a site engineer in structural retrofitting, and as a cost estimator for a wide range of trades.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching historical documentaries, writing short stories, and traveling with his family. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
