James Harris oversees the estimating and sales team. He is responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients during the pre-construction phase. Once the project begins, his team will continue to aid our engineering and project management teams. Although James is new to the CounterTopia family, he brings a background in large scale project management. He leans on this experience to ensure his group is consistently providing accurate and reliable estimates. James will also focus on product and service strategy to continuously drive value for our partners.

James’ undergraduate studies were in Electrical/Computer Engineering as well as Business Information Systems. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. James has also completed additional training in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt – Emory University) and Project Management (PMP – PMI).
