In 2001, Gene co-founded Granite America, or today’s CounterTopia, LLC., with his good friend Joe Smith.  They met at Wilkes College and have been inseparable ever since. 

Finding his passion in multi-family countertops, he inspires a team with a vast array of talents trying to achieve one goal: to make this company great by providing the best customer service and top quality products with the most competitive prices. Gene prides himself in making his employees feel like they are part of the family. 

He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family, friends and his two dogs.
