We are proud to have contributed to 34Fifty Apartments, Washington, DC’s first Net-Zero Ready, Passive House Institute (PHIUS)-certified affordable multi-family housing development. This innovative low-rise, four-story building includes 49 affordable units, setting a benchmark for sustainability and energy efficiency in the region.
Partnering with MCN Build, our work involved the fabrication and installation of kitchen, bathroom, and shared space countertops, ensuring durable and environmentally conscious finishes that align with the project’s cutting-edge design.
